Mixed Company Theatre, is looking for talented individuals that have experienced homelessness for their upcoming Cobblestone theatre project.
This initiative has been running since 1990 offering a forum and a voice for people who have experienced homelessness and street life. The Cobblestone project has garnered intense media interest and has resulted in astonishing experiences, transforming participants and company members alike.
We have been able to establish a mini-performance circuit for both the Cobblestone Adult Troupe and the Cobblestone Youth Troupe over the years which have made it possible to visit all parts of the GTA with our performances.
The audition will occur on Tuesday, January 20th beginning at 10:00 am. If you are interested please email us to establish an audition time. Please prepare a two minute performance piece: be that song, monologue, movement piece, or self written piece. The audition will consist of your piece and a small interview following. We look forward to meeting you.
